What does a QHHT Session involve?

The Interview

One of the most crucial parts of your session is the interview, this is where we will sit and talk and where I really get to know you. Once the appointment is booked, I would give you homework and ask you to bring me a list of questions that you need answers for regarding your life situation and any health issues that you might have. It is in this way I get to really understand how to help you in the very best way I can. Knowing more about you and your life, allowed me to ask the most appropriate questions to get you the best answers for healing. Everything in the interview is completely confidential. This is a safe, non-judgmental place to release everything to maximize your healing and answers.

Induction

Before we start, I will advise the use of the restrooms as your mind and body will go in a deep relaxing state, where all the muscles in your body will become so relaxed like never before and we want you comfortable at all times.


During the session you will be laying down in a very cozy, comfortable and private environment , where you will be able to letting go of all the worries and concerns as we are both going to embark in this amazing journey with me as a guide by your side making sure that you understand QHHT as a soul journey where You and Your Higher Self are in completely control at all times and I am just the facilitator that is opening the door to an expanding experience that will give you the answers and the healing that you seek, when and if it’s appropriate.


We will start with a guided imagery, a story that activates the part of the brain the SC communicates with, in order to help you find the highest answers.

Regression

During the QHHT session you will be shown an appropriate life (past, present, sometimes future) or let’s say under certain circumstances (if you don’t believe in past lives) by your Higher Self. Your higher self/sub-conscious knows everything about you in the life you are living now as well as other experiences. There are many, many possibilities of things you might experience, but also know that you will be shown what you need to know, so whatever comes through is perfect for you. Your Higher Self will only share the information that is appropriate at the time and that is of benefit to you. It is always very caring and protective in nature. A feeling of immense power and immense love is experienced when in contact with your Higher Self.

Contacting the Higher Self

During the second part of the session, I will ask your Higher Self (Subconscious, SC, Universal Self - whatever you like to call it) to use the gift of your voice to come in and answer your questions and heal the body. This is you, but the part of yourself that we commonly call intuition or gut feeling. This is the part of you that has always been with you, that knows and sees everything from a higher perspective. It is the part of you that is always aware of your connection with all there is, God, Source, or whatever names you are accustomed to using for the infinite energy.


Your Higher Self has the ability to identify any physical or emotional problems, it also detects and explains the cause that the issue/health problem presented itself from this life or any other life. The sub-conscious is then asked if it’s appropriate for healing to occur and if it is, healing is done often instantaneously with no other processes, and if not, a time frame is usually given. Very often, simply understanding why discomfort is being experienced is sufficient for it to be relieved and removed.


Healing can occur only if you want to be healed and if it does not interfere with your goals for this lifetime. Remarkable healing has occurred with QHHT and nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. We’ll spend time talking about this and how you can support and maintain healing after the session. It is only if you agree and understand what your Higher Self is trying to teach you and you are open to accepting it. This is the great part of the session, It isn’t me healing you, this is you (your Higher Self) telling you (your conscious mind) why things are the way they are and how to move forward in the very best way possible.

Debrief

When you will be coming out of the hypnotic state, we will briefly talk about what was shown to you, and what steps you'll have to follow from here on. Your own Subconscious will most likely give you wonderful advice to take home! It is also, very empowering to hear the recording of your own session. It is strongly recommended to go back and listen to your recording at least twice after your session. Listening to the recording will take you back to that healing vibration space from the session. Most often more healing can occur that way along with new downloads or "aha" moments. A deeper understanding of your life situation will set in the more you listen.

Homework in Preparation for your Session

*These are just a sample list of questions, feel free to use any of these or create your own to help guide you in what you seek. 

To best prepare for your session, you will want to come up with a list of questions that you are seeking answers to. There are NO limits as to what you can ask. Also make a note of any vivid or re-occurring dreams  or unexplained situations that you've experienced. You will want to refrain from consuming any alcohol the night before and caffeine the day of your session, yes, try to skip the coffee.

What is my life’s purpose?

What is the best way for me to achieve my dream?

Is there something or someone I should be prioritizing that I'm not?

Do I have any personal gifts that I'm not aware of?

What’s one thing I shoud do more of and why?How can I make that happen?

When I’m in physical or emotional pain, what are some of the best things I can do for myself?

What’s keeping me awake at night?

What is draining my energy? How can I remove it from my life or protect myself from its negative effect?

Do I have any subconscious regrets about my life that I need to be aware of?

What changes can I make so I don’t continue to live with regrets?

Is there something keeping me from letting it (grudge) go?
What do I need to do to have more peace in my life?

In what areas of my life am I trading authenticity for safety, or what appears to be safe?

Why am I censoring what I really think or feel?

Do I have any unfinished business that I need to resolve in my present lifetime or a past lifetime and with whom?

What inner work needs to be done to heal this?

What steps can I take to bring resolution?

Why do I hesitate or refuse to take action wiyh what my heart tells me?

In what ways is my self-acceptance conditional, dependent upon the validation of others or specific accomplishments?

If I should change one thing in my life, what should I change and why?

Is there anyone in my family or withing my close friends that don't support me that I should be aware of?

Am I surrounding myself with the best people possible? Is there anyone I need to keep a healthy distance from? How are they affecting my life?

What immediate changes do I need to make? Are these changes I can make here and now?

Am I holding myself back from anything I need to aware of?

If I could change one thing in my life, what would I change and why?

 

Relationships - 

What’s wrong with my relationships and how do I fix them?

What is the healthiest way for me to find a healthy relationship?

Am I meant to be with my current partner?

Am I in any toxic relationships?

Are there any narcissists in my life? What do I need to do about it?

Is there any action I should take with my current relationship?

Why am I not comfortable speaking up for myself?

Do I feel seen, heard, and valued?

Do I speak my voice? What’s preventing me?

What changes can we make now that will resolve this problem?

Work/Income -

How can I make more money?

Should I start that new venture?

What are the operating principles of my life?

Are there any new skills that I should be learning?

Is there something I should be doing more of?

What limiting beliefs do I have around money that no longer serve me?

What new beliefs can I adopt to allow more money in my life?
